Thanks for this but that is not the problem. The problem is that whereas I used to get a log on page I now start on the main BT page which often refuses to recognise one of my two email addresses.

How do you log in to your email in the first place? Just  go back to that page to log in to the second account. I'm struggling to understand the problem. Agreed it's a slight inconvenience to have to make an extra click, but that's all.

Presumably you have the login page bookmarked on your bookmark toolbar.

Yes I have it pinned to my taskbar but it changed a few days ago. Normally when I log out the log-in page stayed put, now it reverts to the main BT page, I have to select log-in and often it will tell me my details are wrong and I have to use the alternative email address. This is not consistent so it becomes a bore having to keep trying when previously it was straight forward. Thanks for your input anyway.

It seems BT have changed it. They did post that the way we log-in was changing but I never guesed the process would be so clumsy if you have more than one account.
