I have my btinternet email address set up on my iPhone. Over weekend it's stopped sending/receiving emails. I haven't changed the password, it's just stopped.
I've been on the BT website to log in that way and still no joy. Therefore I've tried to reset the password but it's not accepting the answers to the security questions.
Someone has attempted to use my bank card fraudulently last week too so I don't know if this is linked?
I don't know what to try next! Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry to hear you have had someone trying to use your bank card recently, hopefully its not related and is just a case of your password being expired.
In this case where it is not accepting your answers to the security questions to reset your password, it will require giving us a call on 150 from a BT mobile or 0330 1234 150 from any phone. They will be able to reset the security information on your account to allow you to reset the password and get logged back in.
