Unable to unblock an email sender

Have gone by the instructions given by BT. When I get to manage emails I can see the blocked email That I wish to unblock but there is no response to tapping the screen. Cannot remove the block.

Hi @Randal1607 If you're using the BT Email app, you need to swipe left on the email address.
