Webmail only holds emails for 2 days

HI,

Since BT has changed the layout and look of it's webmail, when accessing it through a browser (have tried both Edge and Chrome), I can only see emails relating to the last 2 days.

Is there a setting that I can change to restore the full view.

I use outlook on a IPhone for the same email account and that works as expected.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Make sure you don't have "Conversation" view selected in the "View" settings on the right hand side. You can toggle it on/off by a single click.

That fixed it, no idea why it changed!!
