Hi, is anyone else having problems accessing the drafts folder on BT email? Couldn't save to it. Restarted everything, now will not open at all! Using Firefox.

Have you tried a different browser to see if it is a browser problem?

Thank you for your reply. My Firefox settings clear cache cookies and history upon shutdown and restart. Ok can access on phone, but this is not where the work is. Searching the community pages, I see there was a similar issue resolved by 'robbiemac' 12th August 2021, so hence my question.
As you can access the folders on your phone and other folks haven't flooded the forum, I suspect the problem is local to you.
Did you try a different browser?
Not sure a three and a half year old problem has any current relevance.

You still haven't answered the question regarding different browser, but hey ho.
Try disconnecting your hub from line for half an hour or so, this will give you a different IP address which in turn may lead to accessing a different server.
