Why are only recent emails available on BT email server?

It seems that the BT mail server is only holding my emails that are less than about three weeks old. Any mails that are older than this have been deleted. Today (7 Sept) I cant see mails older than 21 August on any of my devices or on the main account. Tomorrow the mails from 21 August will disappear. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.
When you toggle it on or off you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.
