Why does BT email address only show as "BT" for the recipients

Why does BT email address only show as "BT" for the recipients of my emails when sent from my iPhone, when if sent from my PC they see my full emails address?

@Tabletennis56 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, how are you sending emails from your iPhone? Are you using the BT email app or the iPhone mail app?

 How are you sending from your PC are you using webmail or an email client or an app like outlook? Understanding the difference in how you're sending might help us figure out whats happening.

On my PC I Use Outlook, but on my iPhone and IPad I use the Apple email app.

Then you need to change the sender's name in the Apple email app.

As above, you presumably miskeyed the account Description into the Name field.
