Not sure if on right board but for whatever reason my emails sent to a btinternet.com email is not going through even though it is not on my block list? I have replied to this person as usual and it is not going through.
Also I do not recognise email addresses on my blocked list why is this please?
Finally have added the email address to my safe sender list and still an issue why is this please?

Get the person with the "btinternet" email address to check on their Block List to see if your email address is there and to add your email address to their safe senders list.
Regarding email address in your Block List that you do not recognise, you may have blocked them if you marked them as spam at some point.
