bt id access denied

I need some help with my bt id as its not my email and i cant get in to change it 

i need to change my email password 

i am no longer a bt user but have a basic email from when i was 

can any one help as i am going round and round trying to sort this !

If you can still log onto your email account click on your username at the top right then go to "Account Info" and select "Change Password"

If you can not get into your email account use the "Forgot Login Details" in the following link.

tried the "Forgot Login Details" still cant access email or my bt 

just loops between enter your email and

Have you called BT Customer Service 0330.1234.150, They should be able to reset your password for you.
