During last week I am finding it difficult to log into my BT email.
I get error : maintenance page
Plz help as BT promised to help but never got back to me despite many reminders.

Hi, @HRabia welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're experiencing issues logging into your BT email.
That error message normally means you're using a VPN that has a backlisted IP address. If you have a VPN on your device can you try turning it off to see if you can get access? Post back and let me know if that works.

I do not have VPN on any of my devices.
I have one laptop and one PC and I can not log in. Problem started over two weeks.
I am totally frustrated and complained to BT but their helpers have no idea.
Today I received a message on my mobile saying case is closed.
Why: case is not resolved yet as :
I still can NOT log in.

Nothing received yet.
I am able to see some email on my IPHONE only. So nothing received from you yet as a private message.
I really need the email to work on my PC or laptop so I can send documents from the hard drive to my contacts.
