can't receive TP-Link register email

Hi BT,

 

This is Jarvis, a senior Engineer from TP-Link Technical Support Team.

Many users have reported that they cannot receive emails from TP-Link using BT's mailbox. According to our server's records, it is your mail server that has intercepted our emails. Please confirm this problem quickly.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

Try emailing postmaster@btinternet.com
