cannot unblock e mail only get Error please try later

trying to unblock gmail sender but just getting error message

What error message are you getting when you try to unblock them?

Also, are you trying to unblock them through our website or using an app or email client?

Using BT E Mail site and message is 

error while trying to remove address. please try again later

but it looks like if i add address into Allow List it disappears from Blocked List.

have not been able to get email tested yet.

Is this normal
