dodgy e mail
just had email from bt@basket.bt.com asking to click link to "Complete My Order" is the genuine?

It's a valid email yes but still could be spoffed, so always err on the side of caution
Have you added something to your basket or part completed an order? that would indicate you have done.

I received the same today. I have not ordered anything and looking at MYBT there is nothing currently on order. I suspect a spam so have not clicked on any links.

I received a similar email yesterday after I'd been to BT's website and NOT made an order. The links all go via a website identified as basketbackup and NOT BT and that seems suspicious to me. I've reported it to BT as a phishing email. I'm worried that the phishers pick up after a visit to BT's website. It seems BT have some kind of a breach.
