The BT App on my iPhone stopped updating on 16 November 2024. It works on my PC and on the Apple Mail App. Is this problem due to changes in the BT Cloud? How do I fix it?

I have assumed that this is SPAM because it doesn't look like I would expect an email from BT to look like.
Its a scam, please remove that email address and link, just in case anyone else clicks on it.
BT do not use btinternet email accounts to send out correspondence.
Can you please remove the scammers email address and the scammers link that you posted so as to avoid some unsuspecting person clicking on the link.
