Try using @btinternet.co.
Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
If neither of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client

Hi
I put the post on bt buisness and I got no reply ,
I’ve a bt account and called the help line and I spoke to a guy who said he was going to contact me and never has???
any advice???
Thanks for giving that a go @markriley, I'm concerned to hear you didn't get a reply with this.
Did the email address you use come through work as well, or did you set this up independently?
Also are you using the BT Webmail page to log in, or a separate app / client?
