Has anyone had problems not receiving emails?
I have had major problems in the last few days with some emails not being received.
I sent an email to 10 people with a Word and Excel attachment.
I suspect these recipients may have used a 'reply' or 'reply all' which may, possibly , be the cause.
I have received other, simple, emails as normal.
The recent (2 months ish) change to a new version of BTMail may be the problem as it is so error ridden with very poor usability. 'don't fix if not broken' is an excellent maxim to follow. My wife is not having problems using the old version.
They are not going into spam and are not in my 'ignore' list.
