how do i update my microsoft 365 mail password to be the same as my bt email password

i had similar issue last year, and got the answer on BT community, but i cant remember how to change my bt email password on my microsoft 365 email on pc

i cant see it can be changed on account settings

i keep getting pop up boxes which say 'enter user name and password for following server'  but it just wont remember the newly input passwords
