Really unhappy with the new email format. Keep getting double line spacing and no way to alter it. Also, when you change the width of the left hand column, how do you set it so it doesn't keep changing back again? It takes up so much wasted space on the screen. If this isn't resolved, am going to move to gmail.
Do you yourself a favour and reduce stress and move to Gmail or even bluemail

Webmail migration update - BT Community
This one contains the problem you have mentioned along with all the other issues.
Could you be more specific please? There are as many as 375 mails to read through
Both the things you have posted about have been posted in the thread a few times and it has been stated in the thread that at present there is no way to adjust the line spacing although if I remember correctly, if you carriage return down three or four lines before starting to type your email you may find that the line spacing returns to single spacing.
There is no way to keep the left hand column set smaller.
As stated the issues have been posted about in the thread, which is the BT Webmail Feedback thread and BT email team are apparently monitoring that thread and as a result, the moderators of the forum posted the update to let posters know that they are working on fixes to the problems that are within the thread.
OK, thank you for your more detailed reply.
I can confirm this behaviour. The width of the column containing the list of folders (Inbox, Drafts etc.) is too wide. It can be dragged to the left to some extent (or to the right), but on logging out and back in again, the width reverts to being too wide again.
In the previous web interface this column width was also not remembered if you changed it but it wasn't too much of a problem because the width was much narrower by default.
Interestingly the width of the second column can be changed and is remembered.
