Hi, looking for advice please.
I'm a long time user of outlook to access my emails. I have a number of accounts I monitor but my main account is a bt.com email account. Up until Tuesday of this week all has been fine but since then outlook hasn't synced this account. All others are still fine and even the bt.com account is still syncing with my android phone.
I haven't changed any settings but have manually checked them and they are correct. Outlook is sending test messages which I can see on my phone or by logging into my account directly but nothing through outlook.
Is this likely to be a bt problem or an outlook problem?
