"We've protected your email account"

I received this message:

Hello,

It looks like someone tried to access your *r*y*f@*t*n*e*n*t.*o* email account without your permission. But don't worry, we've locked your account to protect it.

That means, for now, you won't be able to access it and you might see error messages or password failures when you try to get your emails.

What you need to do
Please click on the Access my account button or go to bt.com/secure for help to get back into your account.

Fine but...

a) The link " bt.com/secure" doesn't give me a quick solution - you have to do a bit of searching to find a page that will help actually resent the account.

b) This happens repeatedly during spells abroad - I get their concern - but it's very annoying!!!

Just venting my feelings as I guess this is all AI/bot controlled so there's no use in asking, complaining to, or informing anyone.

Any helpful comments welcome (though I may not be notified of a response due to me not getting emails at the moment - currently in Thailand).

I am not a robot

The number of clicks necessary to just persuade the email address to open is now beyond frustration.

secure log in

Access to one address has been blocked but on clicking the link to resolve it just comes up with `this page is not available`

Re: "We've protected your email account"

I`ve got this, the `secure` link comes up with `page not available`!
Searching for a page to help? bt = bloody tortuous!

Re: "We've protected your email account"

I have now ensured that I'm only accessing my email via webmail to see if this does me being disconnected.

However I've noticed that although my android phone BT Mail app requires logging in (which I'm not going to do for the reason above) I'm getting up to date phone notifications for all new mail.
