unwanted changes to email address

 Hello, 

In need of help please ...  my pc automatically changes the “reply to” address (instead of mac37smith it replies to macr37smith - this is just an example not the real email address so when someone replies I never receive the email and they bounce for the sender).  There is no longer a setting of reply to so I cannot change this myself.   

Can someone at BT help with this please?

Hi @Mac37,

I'm going to send you a private message so I can take a look at this for you.

The reply-to function was something that we used to allow a very long time ago. I'll have to get it removed for you.

I am glad I was able to help sort this out.  Just to confirm - the "Reply-to" email has now been removed.
