urgent help required: Restore deleted mailbox

I wanted to reorganise my emails and thought to have put them in subfolders. In hind side, they were put in a new mailbox. I deleted what I thought was a folder, but it seems to have been a mailbox, and now all my emails of 11 years are gone! Is there a chance of recovery? They are not in the bin.

If you have deleted a folder in BTMail, log onto your email account and go to the Trash folder. You should see an arrow > to the left of the word Trash. Click on the arrow and it will reveal any folders that are in the Trash.

To reinstate it just drag and drop to your My Folders section.

If however the folder is not there  it means it has been permanently deleted and can not be recovered.
