v slow loading for web-based (Windows 11) mail system

Hi

Just over the last few weeks and now most of the time, when I use BT mail via Firefox, the time for loading lists and messages is painfully slow. My pc is fast and up-to-date and when I access the mail via the ipad app there is no problem. Any suggestions v gratefully received.

Clear your history and then try. This can work sometimes..

Don't use webmail, use a mail client such as Thunderbird on the PC
