554 Mail Block applied by BT | Urgent as BT Postmaster not responding

Hi,

This message is for the attentions of the moderators, please raise this to the BT postmasters. 

This mail block has been in place for nearly two weeks and the block has impacted critical transactional mail e.g. order confirmation and password reset etc.

The first response from the postmaster team confirmed the necessary changes will be made by the anti-spam vendor, but since then I’ve not received answers to my additional questions and the mail block is still visible on my clients account.

My clients IPs are not listed on any blocklists and they haven’t made any recent changes to their filters. This client is regularly receiving complaints from customers about the emails not being delivered so the mail is wanted.

The bounce message associated with these sends is: 554 Message rejected for policy reasons (a.b.c.d).

I have tried contacting the BT postmaster several times since this started but recent communication has halted and I’m no longer receiving a reply to my emails.
