A post on this forum a year ago showed that clicking the ‘accept’ button in the email led to a page to create or sign in with a BT ID, looking like this
I’m trying to do the same, but clicking the ‘accept’ link now goes here:

The option to sign in with an existing BT ID is missing, it’s not further down, there’s nothing to scroll. Tried on Firefox, Edge and Safari, so it’s not a browser issue.
I tried to point this out in an online chat with BT but they just didn’t seem to understand.
Is there some way to report a website problem to them?

The ‘I already have a BT ID’ section that should be there is missing. Trying to create a new one with the same name shows this error, indicating that it *should* be there but isn’t:
Thanks to the mods - a bug has been raised with the right people at BT so hopefully this will be sorted soon.

Our email team have now got back to us.
They raised the issue with our incident team, and they have responded back saying they're unable to help, however if you call us, one of our guides should be able to help.
