When logging in to my email account the page now opens with the login and password fields completed.
As I use a shared computer this is quite concerning. How do I change back to blank fields?

I would access your history on the browser you are using, you will then be able to clear that data out in one of the options there. For instance on Edge there is a check box for passwords which can be checked to clear.
Then when you log back in you don't select the option to auto fill / remember the details.
