Hi folks,
I set up an BT email account a few years back specifically for a project on SoundCloud, that subsequently never got used and was removed and automatically deleted from My BT products.
I now need to reactivate that unused BT email address so I can access & reuse the SoundCloud account to recover some old content, but I’m unable to do so.
Also, in the MyBT products / Email portal I can’t recreate that email because it says it’s already in use (despite not being listed) & additionally in my gifted email accounts, I can see 2 email addresses that are assigned to my wife & son but there appears to 3 in total and one is invisible / not showing up in the portal?
Could this be the account I’m trying to reactivate?
If annyone has any ideas on how to make this mystery gifted email address visible or tips for reviving / reactivating my lost email address to allow access to my SoundCloud account would be greatly appreciated!

The deleted account, if reactivated will not have any previously stored emails. All the content will have been deleted.
If it is used as your user name to access Sound Cloud the email address in that instance is only being used as a string of text and not as an email address.
It should still let you log on and once in you could change you email address in your profile.
As regards your other problems you will need to contact BT 0330.1234.150 and ask to speak to the email team.
