I have a 16GB BT email box. New messages arriving in the BT inbox are taking up to 30-45 minutes before they appear in my Mac Outlook client.
The mailbox is configured in Mac Outlook as IMAP and to use Microsoft Sync services.
Is this delay likely caused by the size of the BT mailbox or Microsoft Sync services?
Any advice welcome as emails with OTPs can take too long to arrive, by which time the code has expired.

Have you tried turning off your BT Hub for about 30 minutes?
It could be a case of having to call our customer care team to see if they can look into this further.
