What is happening with BT/EE website? Totally messed up. Can't access anything, keep getting message 'Technical Problems' nothing works. Boy have they seriously messed it all up! I'll be leaving in August had enough of them. Trying to talk to someone is likened to getting to talk to the King on the phone.. IMPOSSIBLE! All that happens is you enter the Matrix and sent on a wild Goose chase? They take your money but don't want the responsibility to talk to you. Don't even start me on OFCOM BT are like BBC totally untouchable.

Have you tested logging in to other browsers to confirm if the issue is following the account or not? You should be able to get through to our team using the numbers on our contact page, however there is also the option of using live chat on our contact us page as well.
