BT blocking @btinternet addresses unfairly

Go to solution

Hello. I run an e-learning website start-up. ALL users have consented to receive emails from us and consent is done legally and correctly through Mailchimp. However, email addresses with @btinternet.com are getting automatically blocked by BT. This is very detrimental to my business as a large number of our users use @btinternet for their email and they are frustrated that they can't e.g. reset passwords as they never receive the reset emails! Please can anyone advise what can be done about this as it seems incredibly unfair - and bad for business. Thanks!

Make sure you comply with the following link and if needed contact the BT Postmaster to get your site white listed.

Southeastern trains  (UK) are not complying withe the DMARC standard. Ticket purchases,  Reactivation request and forgotten password links are not being received. The current resolution is to change your email address ( and by default, account name) to a non btinternet.com email address. Nothing on their (SET) website or app to inform users.
