I’m using an iPhone and as I’m reading some of my new emails they disappear. I’ve logged onto the web bt mail and they are not there either. I’ve readded my email and checked for anything that shouldn’t be set but I can’t find out why it happens. It’s most annoying when it’s important email that I open, I read then puff it disappears.
Does anyone have any solution?

Have you tried making sure there are no rules and forwarders you didn't set and then changing the password to your email?
Sounds as though someone may have access to your inbox.
I’ve checked there’s no rules or forwards and it’s very random, some times it doesn’t happen for a while then a few a day disappear just as I open them or even I get to read them then it disappears.
Check in your email app's settings that there is not a setting that is deleting the emails after they have been read also check in BTMail webmail settings that you have not blocked your own email address or the BT domain in the blocked senders list.
Can see anything anywhere which mentions deleting emails or anything in the blocked sender list.
Are you using your email account on any other devices?
Which email app are you using?
To try and find where the problem is can you remove your BTMail account from your iPhone and only use a web browser to access your email account to see if the problem is still there?
I’m using the mail app on the iPhone. I don’t have my mail anywhere else but I will delete my mail and use the by mail on the web and see if it stops happening.
