Does anyone know why BT email intermittently will not work on Safari?

Perhaps if you gave more information such as what happens when it does not work what does happen such as you can not log on or when you logon it does not display the emails or when you have tried a different browser etc it does work etc etc,
It won’t load, often after letting me fill in login details but not always, and the line that goes across where you type the web address, goes about an inch across and then just keeps going back to the beginning and constantly goes an inch across and back to the beginning
And it does work on another browser, and also on the app on iPhone and iPad.
If it works on another browser and else where there would appear to be nothing wrong with your account or log on details which would point to Safari being the problem.
Have you tried clearing the history and cookies from the browser to see if that helps?
If the browser has the option of when to clear the history and cookies from select the "from all time" option.
I have this problem too using on an iMac with Safari on BT webmail. It started a few weeks ago now 13 Nov 2025. I type in my email address then my password and the whole page just flickers and rolls reloading and disappearing and reloading and disappearing. If I look at my emails on my iPhone there is no problem, I just cannot get into webmail when it does this. There are times when it is fine. Just now it has done it again and I keep opening another tab and putting it all in again and it just flicks over and over again without going anywhere. Now having said all that in the time I have spent Googling what the problem is and typing this up I see that the webmail has loaded and I can see my emails. However it has taken probably about 15 minutes.
Have you tried another browser?
If it works on another browser the problem would appear to be with Safari.
