BT email was hacked last week but is now back and running but not all emails getting through
Sites that send verification codes don't get though eg Netflix, Morrisons More and some bills eg Eon next. I get emails from all the above Netflix films etc, Morrisons food offers and Eon next offers of upgrades ect.
Use email on my Laptop, iPhone and the BTmail app

Make sure there are no Rules set up in your email account and also check your Blocked Senders list that the domains of the emails your not receiving have not been blocked.
You will need to contact the BTMail Team 0330.1234.150 and they should be able to help.

This I think was Ticked by me after I got hacked as a precaution by me. As I had loads of safe senders stored didn't become apparent very quickly
