BT email on mobile, tablet and PC

I used to click onto my BT Mail on my mobile tablet or PC and go straight into my mail. Now every time I try it I now get a message saying 'Session Expired log in again' I then have to go to the drop down menu - select email and type in my email address and pass word . At times it then says password incorrect so I then have to type in a new password. Can someone please tell me how I can simply remain logged in and stop wasting my life typing in in my email address and password. It's driving me crazy. I've had the same bt email for over 20 years and am loathed to change my email to another provider but it's about as user friendly as a scorpion.

Are you still a BT broadband customer or are you paying for premium mail?
