BT email

I use MS Outlook, when I send an email with link in it, it returns the  email immediately suggests it is spam. Is there a number I can call to complain about this. Its bad enough that we can't turn off the incoming BT spam filter and now this.

If you could turn off the spam filter you would be swamped with spam to the extent that you would be unable to use your email service.

You could call BT 0330.1234.150 and ask for the email team or wait and see if any of the forum users offer to help.
