Can I add a new (to me and my wife who is also on the new "improved" version) problem. We have both recently experienced the non-delivery of emails we have sent. My wife had a long, but inconclusive, call to the Bt help desk. In my case I think it might be linked to the Cc section - I have sent emails to multiple people on a circulation list set up within the email system and have then added an extra person as Cc copy - this is the person who did not receive a series of important emails linked to an AGM of our residential Management Committee. It is only when they ring up to say they have not received an email that you find out there is a problem,.I never experienced this problem with the "old" system.
