Blocking e-mails from a country

I am getting lots of spam e-mails from germany de. Whilst I can block the whole e-mail address each time, is it possible to block all e-mails from germany ie can I enter de somewhere to block all e-mails from Germany

No you can not block all emails from a country.

No idea if this will work but you could try setting up a Rule where you make the rule "If From" > "Sender Domain" > "Contains" . ".de" and in the Rule action select "Discard".
