Almost every day now my BT email has problems. It says 'experiencing technical issues' or just buffers. It is almost unusable. I really want to change provider but that is so hard. Is there any hope that this awful service will improve or should I leave?

If you’re using a browser, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and test with a different browser or device to see if the issue continues.
