Hi, for the past 3 days, when I try to access bt.com through my Microsoft Edge browser, it returns with a message '
This page isn't working at the moment
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
HTTP ERROR 400
I can access other websites through Edge and I can access bt.com through Chrome. It's just the combination of Edge and bt.com that I'm having trouble with.
I've used Edge for years with very few problems, so I don't know why this has suddenly happened.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or does anyone have any idea what is causing this?

just tried using Edge and no problems accessing bt.com so maybe your device try deleting browsing history

Try clearing the history and cookies from your browser and if you are using a "short cut" try using the Email button in the menu bar to the top of this page instead. It could be the short cut is not working correctly.

Clearing cookies didn't work, but clearing history did. Back up and running now.
