Hi everyone,
I am using the BT webmail client. I am unfortunately unable to scroll down the page far enough to see all of my emails. I can only see until March of this year and I have a lot more emails than this. In order to find any other emails I have to search for them directly which is a rather time consuming and laborious procedure.
If I could please have some assistance concerning how to solve this problem, it would be very much appreciated.
Thanks!

If using a Windows PC/Laptop have you tried using the PgUp and PgDn buttons?
Have you tried a different browser?
I tried using the page up and page down buttons and they did not work.
Also tried using Microsoft Edge and this did not work either.
Not sure what to do now.
Just a basic check.
Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.
When you toggle it on or off you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.
Turning off conversation view solved my problem! Thank you ever so much.
Greatly appreciated!
Unrelated question but what exactly is the purpose of conversation view? I don't know why you wouldn't want to be able to see all of your emails at any one time.
Conversation View is there so that you can group a conversation together. ie when you use the "Reply To" function.
When you do that it is assumed that you are having a conversation with the recipient and as such it stores them together.
You can see if that is happening because the number of emails contained in the conversation appears beside the email title in the list of emails.
Thank you for clarifying, much appreciated!
