Cancel BT Premium Email

I need to cancel Premium BT email. I've tried both the general and the Premium helpline numbers but there's no reply on either after 45 minutes. Can someone please contact me to cancel the account.

The forum mods do not have account access so you need to phone premium email 08081006778 and they should help you

I’ve tried multiple times to call the regular and premium email numbers, and it is never answered, however long I wait on hold. I’ve sent a complaint, which I’m hoping should get a response.
