Cannot send emails from talk21.com via iPhone (but can receive)

Is it a Talk21 account that you're encountering this issue with, or btinternet?

Also is it using the iPhone mail client that you encounter this issue with, too?

Hi. It’s a btinternet.com account and I’m using the iPad Mail app configured to the btinternet send and receive server as and ports as advised in other posts
