Hi,
My account says it is locked and to reset password.
Every time I click on reset password, I get as far as choosing to receive a pin code to one of my authorised recovery methods. When I click on receive pin code it says Sorry there has been an error, please try again later.
I've cleared cache and tried different browsers and devices.
Any ideas?

Please try resetting the password on a different device or browser. If you still have the same problem, I recommend speaking with our Email technical support team, so they can look into this further for you.

I've also tried different device with different browsers. Tried on two different laptops and two different mobiles with same results.
I was on with email team for 20 mins then they cut me off, not very helpful. Had this account for about 20 years
