I understand that you are stating the way it is - fair enough. I don't feel it's me who has missed the point. Products could quite easily be differentiated by other, more appropriate means. Do I expect that to happen? No.
My last words on this thread because it is now becoming a complete waste of time. BTMail Basic is just that. A basic WEBMAIL product. That is what BT want and are happy to have it differentiated by that method!
