Your Groups are now contained in your Contact list.
To delete a contact from a Group list, go into your contacts then find the Group you want to edit and select it by placing a tick in the box beside the Group.
Click on "Edit" in the menu bar at the top which will open the Group then look for the name/email address you want to delete. Once you have found it you click on the Trash Bin at the right hand side and click Save.
This deletes the name/email address from the Group but leaves it intact in your contact list.
