Following my E-mail being hacked, I have changed the password & now cannot access my e-mails, if I try to use the recovery option it is being sent to an E-mail although very similar is not mine.
Call BT Customer Services on 0330.1234.150 and explain to them that your email account has been hacked and you can no longer gain access and they should be able to assist you.
