Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

I am hoping someone can help me with this problem:

We are a business that frequently emails customers, however for the past few months we have not been able to send emails to btinternet addresses. We receive the following email notification:

554 Message rejected on 2025/09/09 09:28:30 BST, policy (3.2.1.1) ID (68AFD34304966414) - Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as SPAM

We have no idea what to do about this, our IT department has updated our SPF records several times and we do not appear to be on any blacklists.

For individual customers we have success with them adding our email to their whitelist, however with the amount of people we email it would be impractical to get them all to do this individually.

Any help would be appreciated as we can no longer communicate via email with our existing customers who use btinternet addresses.

If you do comply with all this you will need to contact the BT Postmaster at the email address in the link and ask them to white list your email domain.

The BT Postmaster is not renowned for a quick reply so keep posting until you get one.
