I don't have the sender in my blocked list but it is a fact from the website that BT are blocking emails from the sender which are important to me because its a health website. Others have changed to another email provider without problems,but I want to know why BT are blocking emails from the site

If the sender's email address or the sender's email domain (the part after @) is not in your blocked list you will need to contact BT email team on 0330.1234.150 and report a problem to them and ask that they unblock it if indeed they are blocking it.
