Delivery of an email with attachment

I have been trying to send an email with an attachment to a friend (have previously sent lots) and I keep getting a dropdown box saying that it could not be delivered due to "content policy reasons. It asks for me to check URLs , content and subject matter, which could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phising" Even an email with no text or attachment is rejected. 

I have sent the same email to someone else and it is fine. So what is the problem please and how do I resolve it? Thanks.

Are you using a VPN?

Are you trying to send this through a web browser or an app?

Hi Debbie,

Thanks for your reply.  I don't know what a VPN is.

The problem has thankfully resolved itself so it must have been an 'outside' issue. It does happen here - internet drops and then there are issues! That particular problem was a non delivery of an email with attachment to one person, but to another it was fine. Very strange.

Thanks for coming back and letting us know this has sorted itself, @Gill92 

A VPN creates a secure, private connection when you’re online. If you’re not familiar with VPNs, it’s very unlikely one was running.

I'm glad this has now sent.
