ERROR MESSAGE - I can't send emails

Can anyone help? have seen previous posts about this issue but can't find the solution. This problem started last week after years of using BT Mail with no such prob. 

I am now unable to send any emails as keep getting this error message:

Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-3-1) ID (698BC74C04602E44)

Hi @Katharine2 

Thanks so much for your patience in waiting for a response from us here. 

This was raised with our support team, and they've now confirmed that some adjustments have been made and should be implemented within 24 hours.

Can you please try to send your email again tomorrow and let us know how it goes?

I have received the same error messages when trying to send emails.  Please may you let me know how to resolve this issue?  Thank you

We have asked the email support team to take a look at this for you. 

Please let me know if this is still happening in the next few days when sending emails?

Hi @Moley63 

We've had a reply back from our support team to ask if you can try to send emails again. If it still doesn't work can you make sure that the subject of the email doesn't include the word 'Friend'.

Please let us know how you get on.
